Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Pomora account and all associated data at any time, directly in the app or by requesting it here. You don't need to sign in to make a request from this page.

In the app
The fastest way to delete your account.
Open Pomora and go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. Confirm the request and your account will be scheduled for deletion immediately.
What gets deleted
Everything tied to your account.
  • Your profile (name, email, photo)
  • Tasks, projects, priorities, and due dates
  • Focus session history and streaks
  • Reports, highlights, and saved summaries
  • Notification and reminder preferences
  • Any calendar or third-party connections
Can't access the app?
Request deletion by email instead — we'll take it from there.

This opens an email to support@appgenz.com from your device. Prefer to write to us directly? Email support@appgenz.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request".

We process deletion requests within 30 days. Some information may be retained for a limited time where required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes, after which it is permanently deleted. See our Privacy Policy for details.
